Add page for very beginners

I do think everything should be as helpful and clear as possible, but I don't think we need to necessarily describe the real basics in most places. Overall, I see the main audience to be technical, but not necessarily expert (i.e. has already made a webpage before).

So, maybe a separate page (wiki or in the project pages). This should include things like:

• Downloading directly from Github
• Including dependencies
• Getting CSV data into the page
• etc.
