Missing functionality in CLI #3
Description
Meta-issue to track missing functionality of the CLI directly:
- Confusion around instance_url and api_key when not passed at start, help strings are messed up and the app context does not store user info properly #4
- File uploads not possible through CLI
- Item creation/update not possible
