New release v1.0.2

This new release will fix the issue #4.

We will replace the measures.json file by the one hosted here.

According to our procedures, maintainers will receive an email and be notified on Slack with 1 working day to respond with any comments/concerns on the release.

If everything is fine, this new version should be released on next Monday: 2023-09-11.
