How could the content be improved?

The data splitting exercise with the lat/lon coordinates asks to rename the columns but renaming is not introduced until later (renaming columns: https://datacarpentry.org/OpenRefine-ecology-lesson/instructor/04-transforming-data.html#renaming-columns)

As part of the undo/redo section that comes immediately after the exercise, the latitude and longitude columns are removed which might prompt learners to question what the point of doing the exercise was. I would suggest relocating the exercise to be an extra part of the Renaming columns section https://datacarpentry.github.io/OpenRefine-ecology-lesson/instructor/04-transforming-data.html#renaming-columns
