[TECH DEBT]: Migrated notebook code adds too many newlines

Current Behavior

The Notebook.migrated_code adds to many new lines.

Expected Behavior

The Notebook.migrated_code adds no-new lines or regular fixing new lines:

• EOF new line
• Maybe end-of-column new line
• Maybe start of column new line
