Problem statement

Companies with many workspaces would like to assign a metastore to a collection of workspaces

Proposed Solution

Considerations:

• Similarly to the other commands, introduce a --run-as-collection flag in the assign-metastore command
• Update the documentation to reflect the changes and how to use the export
