[TECH DEBT]: `DirectFsAccessOwnership` does not work for Lakeview queries

Current Behavior

Tries to get a Lakeview query (aka dataset) from the API, but Lakeview queries/datasets are part of the dashboard itself

Expected Behavior

Should fallback on the dashboard owner instead
