Problem statement

In the estimates dashboard, it's very difficult for a user to find out which job run corresponds to a job that has been flagged as an incompatible one. The hashed_id column makes it very hard to understand where to look

Proposed Solution

We must either:

• Add a job_id column in the dashboard widget.
• Add a clickable link column to redirect to the incompatible job run in workflow.

@william-conti There's submit_runs table with job ids column. Explode it or just display it
