Some ideas for CDT1:

• use bitstream instead of byte stream. See the original article.
  • We can keep up-to 254 bits uncompressed ...10, instead of 248 bits in CDT0. (2^255 values)
  • or use level 3 of bit tree (137 bits). It may map to more bits in some cases, up to 1152 bits. (2^137 values)
  • hash (up to 2^254 values).
• use SHA-3 as a compression function.
• should we use a bigger hash? For example, we can use 255 bits for hash (51 characters in Crockford's base32) and one bit for a flag (hash/data).
