Increase size of dataset name to incorporate the name of the entire S3 bucketname

We use 63 characters long S3 bucket name- which is the limit . While onboarding the dataset, I want to use the name of the S3 bucket as the dataset so I atleast want the name of the dataset to be 63 characters long
