Update to Maintainers

Hi

We are proposing a change to the maintainers of data.all (#1766) to both welcome some new friends from Yahoo and say goodbye to Nikita. First, we'd all like to thank Nikita for his contributions to the project - the project is in a better state than when he started, which is always a good thing. Second, its an exciting moment for the project as it becomes more than just an Amazon concern.

Existing maintainers - can you add a +1 to this discussion if you agree, I will merge the PR once we have consensus.
