Support Internationalized Domain Names in the UI and document how to do so (better yet, have a library/SDK function)

(now I've not looked into all of Dash platform, etc. yet. so if this is already handled somewhere, just tell me and close the issue)

For use internationally, the UIs that show the names would need to support more than just ASCII characters (possibly similar applies to Dash usernames ?)

Browser do impose limits on what you can do because of spoofing concerns:

It would be smart to add library/SDK functions which convert the names properly and impose the restrictions.
