Wish for more description for what bundled packages are

It's not always clear what all the bundled packages do.

It would be cool if we could show a one-liner for each bundled package, in the "list the bundled packages" pop up. That way someone could better understand what they are and what they do.

We probably also want to link out to their page on pub.dev, if we don't already.

I like this idea - maybe we could fetch the package description from pub.dev and include that in the UI.
