Governance not found error after using the CGO

After using the Common governance office (CGO) I received an error when trying to join a project in that common, with error message 500: Governance definition not found (55293254-0ec1-491b-91f5-b662132cd08f)

(I reproduced it to make sure this is the cause)

no I didn't (but notice that the relevant proposal is assign member to circle and not member admittance)

By default member admittance should not be enabled for projects

We're again losing the type: "project" property for project circles after using the CGO
As a consequence we see here "Project 1" which should be filtered out.

This circle was effected by the change

For reference, I created this new circle, those are the original settings

Also see the difference that was made in the ASSIGN and REMOVE proposal

For assign\remove circle proposal (for each circle) there are both definitions of who can propose and definition of who can vote.
If I understand correctly only the 2nd is displayed in the CGO.
Also it seems that an unpredicted change was made here as a result of using the CGO.
