Support for Newcomers to Fabric AI
Hey everyone,
I just want to offer—in the least spammy way possible—some support for newcomers learning to use the Fabric AI CLI tool.
I’ve created a YouTube playlist of tutorial videos that walk through various aspects of using Fabric AI. All the demos are on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04), but the concepts should apply to any OS.
What’s Covered?
So far, there are 14 videos (from Video-00 on to Video-13) :
00 - Quick Look
01 - Download Binaries
02 - Go install
03 - Setup, defaults, APIs
04 - Basic flags 1
05 - Basic flags 2; Contexts and Sessions
06 - YouTube and Jina keys
07 - Intermediate flags 1; YouTube related
08 - Understanding Tokens
09 - Intermediate flags 2; Jina related, HTML Readability
10 - Installation with Hombrew/Linuxbrew, Strategy flags
11 - Advanced flags 1; Variables
12 - Advanced flags 2; Config files
13 - Fabric helpers; pbpaste, pattern aliases, shell functions

A Quick Note
I’m not selling anything and I don’t monetize the content (the number of views, subscribers, and other things I would need to qualify for earning money is juuuuuuust a tiny universe away from my expectations), and I don't expect anything from anyone. I just want to throw a life line to anyone struggling to use the Fabric tool.
Why I Made This
I spend a lot of time teaching Fabric IRL (in real life), and I thought video tutorials might help even more people. Learning how to make videos was a bit of a pain—but it’s worth it if it helps just one person out there.
