Why can't I compile osiris.sln with vc2022?

I downloaded all the components of vc2022 but I can't get the dll😭 either by importing the github repository or downloading the osiris.sln files

Osiris compiles perfectly in MVS 2022 Community, you're doing something wrong, read the instructions.
