Try android keyboard via WindowInsetsController

This is a more of a spike at the moment, but we should try @xorgy's PR and see if we can get the android keyboard working this way:

• Android: Show keyboard with WindowInsetsController. rust-windowing/winit#3787

On our call we were talking about using JNI directly, it looks like this method also does this.

This is an alternative to:

• Switch to GameActivity #190

Considerations

@podusowski mentions they switched to GameActivity anyways due to other issues. Waiting for clarification on that before committing to this route

It looks like @podusowski has a GameActivity of their cool maps widget:

perhaps we can do something similar if we go the:

route. It also looks like other related issues are just easier, such as insets:

I recommend GameActivity for now, if you can take on the additional build complexity. NativeActivity is unmaintained, and its architecture is unsuitable for most applications.
