Socks5 proxy with auth

Is there any trick to make Camoufox work with socks5 proxy with login+password auth? The only way I was able to make it work was to run a local proxy server to proxy data from browser through socks5 proxy with login+pass auth. But I bet there should be a better option.

Another idea is to use extension like FoxyProxy, but configuring it is not simple either (didn't try yet).
Is there any better option?

i managed to get it work by SOCKS5Tunnel python, first connect the socks5 with auth then transform it into local proxy for camoufox to connect it.
this is simple gui for me to create the browser
