The script evaluation flag `SCRIPT_VERIFY_COMPRESSED_PUBKEYTYPE` is not implemented. When fixed, the fix should include a revert of https://github.com/dagurval/python-bitcoincash/commit/d3aeba54cef57ce9c2f1985249d0e9a436f70b8e to enable a test with Schnorr signature.
