Add a pop-over to confirm Sign Out #315

Issue Description
User directly goes logged out on single click (not preferred)
Suggested Change
On -click on the Logout Button, Add a Dialog with a confermation message "are you sure you want to logout? " the a cancel and a Remove button along it.
