How to get sd maid se last rc release with google play paid version (currently 1.3.6-rc0) ?

It's always a bit delayed and depends on how long Google's reviews take. v1.4.1-beta0 has been approved though and should become available over the next few days.

In general, if the last deployments were all successful, it should appear at the most within the next 7 days.
