Disable the "Set As Lock Screen Image" menu

I want to deactivate the " Set as Lock screen image" menu. In the igconfig.json file I added "MnuSetLockScreen" in the "DisabledMenus" section. Next to the menu item the padlock appears, but the item remains selectable and functioning.

I updated the Italian.iglang.json file by translating some items that were not translated, and improving the translation of some others. I hope it is useful to you.
