Request: Update n8n-mcp Node Database and Tools for n8n v1.111.0 Compatibility

I am a user of n8n Cloud, which has recently been upgraded to version 1.111.0. I rely heavily on n8n-mcp for Claude Desktop integration, workflow documentation, and management tools. Currently, the latest release of n8n-mcp (v2.12.0) is mapped to n8n v1.106.3, so coverage for newly added nodes, properties, and features in v1.111.0 appears to be missing.

Would it be possible to update n8n-mcp to support the latest n8n node database from v1.111.0? This would help maintain compatibility for those of us on n8n Cloud or using self-hosted instances with the latest updates.
