Hey everyone, wondering if anyone has a solution for this:
Environment:
Self-hosted n8n instance
VPS, docker, DNS with SSL
MCP in cursor using claude-4-sonnett
Context
As we know there are community nodes that are both unverified and verified. For this case I will just reference verified nodes, i.e. PDF.co. These verified nodes do appear inside of n8n's node palette, however they're not installed by default. With a single click you can install the PDF.co node to your n8n instance.
Question
Even though I've installed the verified node to my instance, the mcp which is hosted on my local machine does not have the node's docs to reference. Is there anyway for me to individually add the verified node's docs to the mcp so that it can use the verified community node.
Thank you,
Jensen
