Enough to get ssh to work

Start tesh on the remote client? tesh_server?

@czipperz have 2 ideas for approaches for this feature

1. We build a minimal server, and upon connecting to the remote, upload the server binary and execute. (Basically inject the server daemon through an ssh connection or the like)
2. Try to use the sshd interface as is

I think injecting a program makes the most sense but we will probably need some way to statically link everything to avoid dependency problems.

I'm imagining the remote program needs to have the shell and generally the ability to transmit data back to the local terminal. Keyboard input is all handled by terminal. Only Control C and typing should be transmitted to shell. So I guess we're back to a separate shell and terminal architecture haha
