Better Parsing of Job Completion

Ran into an issue this week where jobs would not "end" on Expanse. The root cause seems to be that the ~/.bashrc on Expanse was loading a module that was no longer available and this error came up on all SSH sessions meaning that our squeue commands did not work properly.
