Webots Simulation doesn't run

I'm trying to program my robot with Matlab. However, when I try to hit play the simulation stays at 0 and doesn't run. Any insight would be helpful!

The most common cause of the simulation not progressing is that your code isn't calling wb_robot_step, which means that it's hanging somewhere in the main loop. I also saw similar behavior when I first tried to run a MATLAB controller because my MATLAB license wasn't activated. Is there anything being printed in the console?

Also, would it be possible for you to post your controller code and world file so that we can try to reproduce the problem on our end?
