Description
Story - my download of rust build image from DockerHub is very slow. But in my local network I already got all images stored. cybernode augmentation could publicly store images that it uses and share it.
For my story a critical part is advertisement (discoverability) on a local network.
I also want to be aware that my cybernode shares images and be able to see which.
I also want to know that it advertises itself and want to be able to go into silent mode.
