Confused about Jobs vs Tasks

I'm wondering the differences between jobs and tasks. It seems like for images, I can have multiple images in a task as multiple jobs, and assign each to a different person. However, I can only have one video per task. I'm now confused what concept "jobs" and "tasks" are. For images, each "task" feels like "batches" under a "project" that shares the same schema for annotation. But this conceptualization doesn't stand for videos. Could anyone explain the concepts behind "job" "task" and "project"?
