Description
This is similar to #333. It is a severe issue.
I have five home assistant installations linked via "Remote Home-Assistant." Since a "Remote Home-Assistant" update (sometime after November 2024), I have been having issues where it imports references (not the actual data) to many, many entities that I have not requested. This wasn't happening before.
I can manually delete these unwanted references. But I assume they will return when I run the configuration again
They remain on the default dashboard even after being deleted. Using a default dashboard is essential for me. Currently my default dashboard contains 1000s of no longer existing entities and I don't know how to remove them.
I am looking for help elsewhere to clean up the default dashboard.
Thank you.
P.S. I spoke to soon. I wasn't able to delete the entities. They are in an Unmanageable state. So that compounds the issue. This entity ('button.rgbw_27bmh_ping') does not have a unique ID, therefore its settings cannot be managed from the UI.
