Include/exclude by integration

Hi there,

I would find it very useful to be able to include or exclude entities by integration.
At the moment I have to instances which both query an inependent MQTT broker to get some devices. Currently I can find no easy way to prevent duplicates in my server instance. The only way seems to be to exclude every entity by name which is quite tedious and error prone. Just exluding everything coming from the MQTT integration would be really nice :)
