Failed to execute 'attachShadow' #8

Hi !
When I try to use this card, I getthis error : Failed to execute 'attachShadow' on 'Element': Shadow root cannot be created on a host which already hosts a shadow tree.
I am currently using the 0.109.5 version of hassio.
Do you have any idea to resolve the problem ?
