Base Pool List is incomplete

Base Pool List for stableswap-ng needs to come from: https://etherscan.io/address/0x6a8cbed756804b16e05e741edabd5cb544ae21bf#readContract#F26

Since pool creation page only uses base pools from stableswap-ng factory.

Currently the frontend misses a few base pools such as fraxusdp, 3payllama.
