Potentially a bug with list.Contains ?

Folks, i have a Cuefile like this

import "list"

HasCar: {
  "fam1": true
}

#CheckHasCar : {
  Family: string
  FamHasCar: bool | *false
  if HasCar[Family] != _|_ {
    FamHasCar: true == HasCar[Family]
  }
}

checkfam1 : #CheckHasCar & {
  Family: "fam1"
}


checkfam2 : #CheckHasCar & {
  Family: "fam2"
}

AllFams : [checkfam1, checkfam2]
let allfamchecks = [for check in AllFams {check.FamHasCar}]
let checkResult = !list.Contains(allfamchecks, false) 

EndResult : checkResult 

EndResult is true, while it should be false. Is there an explanation ?
