Create scenario with before and after step hooks #140

Testing the message based json formatter shows that there is a lack of coverage for scenarios with before and after step hooks.
✨ What's your proposed solution?
Add sample with before and after step hooks as well as some interesting combinations where these hooks fail. And a sample where attachments are made from a before/after step hook.
