Use rspec-stubbed-env?

Aruba has a rather complex mechanism for setting the environment. Perhaps we can use rspec-stubbed-env to simplify things? This is just a thought and I haven't investigated yet.

There's also stub_env.

I liked that the first one had a usage example right away, in its Rubygems description. More gems should do that
