Update CI/CD for Python 3.14 #39
Description
- Ensure all tests pass for Python 3.14 release.
- Update pyproject.toml and setup.py for 3.14 support.
- Update "what's new" in README.md for 3.14 support.
- A new minor release will be cut once all this is one.
