Missing State/Province on New Address form on Checkout page

There is no input field State/Province. It will cause a customer not to be able to place an order.

Remove the unset line from the CtiDigital\GoogleAddressLookup\Block\Checkout\LayoutProcessor.php. Then it will work fine.
