Address Finder sometimes not loaded on checkout page #10

Hello,
We're having a problem that only occurs sometimes.
Specs:
Magento 2.2.2 Commerce
When going to the checkout page, the input field hasn't been transformed to an address lookup field but just a regular field is displayed, meaning that the javascript hasn't been applied to the field yet.
When we refresh the page, the problems gets fixed. So I guess there's a problem in which order the dependencies get rendered.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add product to cart
- Go to checkout
