[REFACTOR] We don't need a dedicated sheesh eventstream now that chat is on the pipeline

Sheesh component can simply subscribe to the chat observable and update sheesh as needed.

Please make the code support an ARRAY of positive emojis and negative emojis, instead of singular hardcoded IDs for "Sheesh" and "Stare".

I will compile a list of emoji IDs to put in these arrays.
