[TASK-QE] Provide ARIA functionality for Creating an OpenShift Local resource #588
Description
Add ARIA functionality into OpenShift Local Resource in the Dashboard->Settings->Resources page and possibly other places, where necessary. We can break down the issue into smaller pieces.
