[TASK-QE] Implement E2E test case to install the CRC extension from Podman Desktop's catalog #574
Description
Currently we are only checking that the CRC extension is installed successfully from an OCI image. Implement an E2E test case scenario using Playwright that will install the extension from Podman Desktop's catalog.
