Need help with working out if FTPGrab can do this.

So I can connect to the SFTP site, however I need to add a bunch of folders as sources and have each folder compare to a local folder with a different structure e.g. Ignore identical files and pull missing ones, but put them in a different location on the local side.

Is this possible?
