Feature Request: Add possibility to set entry type per imported item

Description

Trying to import data to faq entries where some of them are of type faqGroup and some of them of entry type faqQuestion (which are set as children of faqGroups) I am surprised it currently isn't possible to bind a field to the entryType to let the imported data define if an item is a group or a question. After an import all items need to be set individually to a different entryType manually now.

It would be very nice if this feature could be added!
