Products - Multisite Propagation Methods

Currently, you do not have the ability to control the propagation method for products in Craft Commerce multisite. A few feature requests:

1. Product Types - Product types are automatically accessible across all sites. It would be nice to turn a product type on or off on a per-site basis. Ex: We have a product type that is available for some of our businesses but not all.
2. Importing Products - When products are imported via FeedMe to one site with a default site specified, they are automatically turned on for all sites. There is no way to control which site(s) a product is enabled for so after a bulk upload, you have to go product by product to enable/disable it on a per-site basis.
3. Product Visibility - When a product is 'disabled' for a site it's still visible (although disabled) across all sites. It would be a better user experience to make it so if a product is disabled for a site it wouldn't show on that site at all.
