Allow bucket name to be stored as an environment variable

Hi

We have a lot of S3 buckets. As a result, when creating a new filesystem, it takes a while (several minutes) to populate the buckets dropdown.

Could there be a way to store the bucket name as an environment variable so we don't need to wait for the buckets dropdown to populate every time we create a new filesystem?
