Add file name to Library refresh output

Provide the source file name as the url element of the Library.content

Unclear what URL should be used.

We cannot use the absolute path of the local system, and the relative path from the tooling will cause issues with the IG publisher.

Needs to be reviewed.

Can you use the canonical URL from the containing IG as a base to prepend to the relative URL? Basically with the assumption that isourcev CQL would end up eventually as if it were in the pagecontent folder (that's an ig publisher thing or a preprocessing step I guess)

@litlfred good idea, though currently those links would be broken since we don't include the raw CQL in the output. We will explore enabling the publisher to include the raw CQL.
