Add "flatten" parameter to ModelInfo generation tooling #550
Description
Profile-informed model info tooling currently flattens structures (rather than creating derived classes). Add a parameter to support creating derived model info (e.g. where a USCore.Condition is a FHIR.Condition, rather than being a peer class as it is now)
