Engine Evaluation does not Handle List of any Resource Union a List of Choice Types

When evaluating the Test expression, it is just a union of several resources. The resource expressions themselves return data, but the union of them does not.

I am also running into a similar problem with one of the CMS measures.

With this block of code I get no results back:
define "Has Diagnoses Identifying Sexual Activity": [ConditionProblemsHealthConcerns: "HIV"] union [ConditionEncounterDiagnosis: "Complications of Pregnancy, Childbirth and the Puerperium"]

When I assign aliases for the two choice types, I get results back:

define "Has Diagnoses Identifying Sexual Activity": [ConditionProblemsHealthConcerns: "HIV"] HIVCondition union [ConditionEncounterDiagnosis: "Complications of Pregnancy, Childbirth and the Puerperium"] PregnancyComplication
