Align CRMI/VSP Operations with Existing Processors #731
Description
We are in the process of migrating the aphl-vsm operations, which have some ecr/ersd specific logic, to clinical-reasoning. The idea is to get a minimal set of operations in clinical-reasoning to support the value set packaging use case, test those operations and then align with the existing infrastructure while documenting/filling any gaps discovered.
This issue will track the progress of this alignment and identify any gaps with the current processors.
